...into the big big bowl. I love salads. Gai lan, swiss chard, radish, fennel tops, orange (obviously not from our garden!) that we ate with an orange-shallot-grainy mustard vinaigrette.
This blog started out as a diary of what we ate at home on a daily basis. I cook everything from scratch, so it was nice to have a journal, a collection of all our recipes. In November 2010 opened Edgar, our tiny café.

Mmmm, sounds yummy. I too had plans to plant assorted lettuce in my garden. I bought the seeds and everything. Too bad they don't plant themselves.
hmmm.. raw swiss chard! what's that like? those radishes look so delicate and lovely.
