So that's the way to combine cheese and fruit! My melting cheese on a piece of apple pie didn't work particularly well...Going to try this at home soon...And come fall, with Niagara peaches too!

This has totally inspired me to go out and register for a panini press. What kind do you have? Do you have a brand that you recommend? Or can I just use a Foreman grill?www.highheelsandddp.blogspot.com
This sandwich sucked me in from the Cup of Jo blog. Now I'm hooked on your site!
kaitlin, hi!! i love ottawa blogs, i will bookmark you!
Sara, i went all out for the grill...I had tried a few before buying it as i borrowed some from friends. I knew I wanted the grills to come off - that is soooo important. We bought The Cuisinart Griddler - you cannot even imagine the remorse when I stepped out of the shop paying almost $200 for a grill, but a few months later, i do not regret one bit. I highly recommend it.
my type of melt! love it!
This sounds delightful!
Looks too good for words!
Is this for real?I'm stuffed already but you're making me hungry...yummy!
