Smoked Trout Salad


good morning, meet our yummy breakfast.

We had some smoked trout left. I like fish for breakfast, I often have gravlax or pan seared fish at Benny's bistro.

We did a salad of baby spinach, parmesan, red onion, smoked trout and a light lemony vinaigrette. This was topped by poached eggs, gooey goodness.

me too... i used to work in a pizza place (piz'za-za in hull) and we had the best smoked trout pizza. The base was tomato sauce, sour cream and dried apples. This was topped by trout, red onions, fontina and fennel tops. odd, but so delicious!!!
