-i mixed half and half of apple-cranberry tisane and prince of wales tea, some honey, lemon, sugar. and mint leaves as garnish.

goat cheese (to your liking, crumbled on top)
a dressing made of:
olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, apple cider, chives, pepper.
and tonight's dinner...
duck with rhubarb compote, mashed potato fried in duck fat, a nice salad of strawberries, cucumber, red onion, slivered almonds + yoghurt dressing.
